Step 1:
RFQ and Pre-Project Consultation

Submit your request for quote with drawings, specifications, and timeline. Our team reviews scope, asks clarifying questions, and provides a detailed proposal. No guesswork. No surprises in the bid.

Step 2:
Engineering, Drawing Review, and Design Support

Once the order is placed, our team reviews and approves all drawings for code compliance. If engineering support is needed, our team engages early. Material selection, code interpretations, and inspection plans are established before the first cut.

Step 3:
Fabrication, QC, and Third-Party Inspection

Fabrication follows a controlled, documented workflow. Each step includes quality hold points, weld inspection, NDE testing, and PMI verification where required. Your third-party inspector has an open door. Boardman coordinates directly.

Step 4:
Documentation Package and Delivery

Before your equipment ships, we compile a full data book: mill certifications, WPSs/PQRs, weld maps, inspection reports, ASME code forms, and nameplate data. Delivery is coordinated for route, timing, and site-readiness. You are notified at every step.
