The vessel was removed from service after inspection during a turnaround and shipped to Boardman. We did CRO weld buildup and formed a smooth transition from the existing CRO to base metal to prevent crevice corrosion. Inco 625 filler metal was used, which was verified by our XRF.
This 36”ID x 38’ T/T 304L stainless steel vessel was fabricated in 11 days ARO. Great teamwork started immediately with an onsite kickoff meeting the same day the PO was awarded. The project included hydro, PMI, X-Ray, PT, and UT. Great team effort.
A 5’OD x 6’4” T/T SA516-70 vessel was built and shipped to the site in 22 days ARO. Drawings & calculations were sent in one day. Vessel included PWHY, RT-1 X-Ray, Hydro, Blast and Paint
A 9’11” ID x 41’11” OAL, 516-70N HIC material, 1 ¼” thick P66 Borger Recycle Accumulator with HF Alky service, PWHT, Hydro, Blast, Paint, nitrogen purge, X-Ray, RT-1, and OMS/PMI was placed on the fast-track after the need for replacement was discovered during turnaround. Daily updates were supplied to the client.
This 8’ID x 25’-8”OAL vessel was constructed with SA516-70N material. Engineering calculations and design completed in one day. Project included PWHT, Hydro, Blast, Paint, and shipping saddles. Internal coating was applied.
